Ecosystem management includes establishment and maintaining the required relationships (including both formal/informal agreements) with other eco-system players, who can positively impact for the product success.
We can have technology or tlatform Partners for example SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc. or industry or segment focused, niche players example: SAS, Pegasystems etc. In addition we also need to have the right relationships with standard bodies and committees and certification institutions as required.
We also need to have Go To Market Partners. This includes Technology partners, Industry events and shows, and Analysts community.
Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for ecosystem management.
